Networking and Team

A new year and journey begins…
Team building and community building will be at the forefront of everyone’s agenda these next few weeks. We would like to extend our hands to anyone who needs support or someone to network and share with. We are in this together, and the next 6-8 weeks will be tricky as you get your program settled. When you focus on community building, role modelling, getting to know the kids and putting rules and routines in place amazing learning and fun will follow.
Be present in the centres and allow yourself to be part of the learning. Listen for their interests while you guide and support the children as they acquire the tools and strategies they need to come together as a classroom family.
Drink lots of coffee, take a deep breath and have a lot of fun!
